Have you ever heard of anyone got capital gains with JB properties regardless of amount? Is there any proper resource to check that officially like URA transaction records in SG? This time would be different with RTS or Singtel Data Centre at Eco Bitanic near second link? Is it really good time to get into JB property? If so, any idea which areas got good potential?
