JB Lobang is a cross-border value companion with price comparison, verification, Passport, Rewards, merchant, and community features. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

Sign-in information processed through Supabase Auth, such as your email address, name, profile image, authentication provider details, and Supabase user ID.
Profile information stored in JB Lobang, such as nickname, user type, trust level, followed topics, crossing since date, bio if available, and account creation date.
Community content and activity, such as posts, comments, live updates, uploaded photos or videos, areas, categories, Helpful votes, and in-app notifications related to comments or Helpful marks.
Value verification evidence, such as price-list images, menus, receipts, claimed amounts, observation dates, merchant details, source URLs, file hashes, extraction results, and reviewer decisions.
Passport and Rewards records, including saved offers, visits or redemptions, estimated savings, points earned or used, one-time redemption codes, and the associated auditable ledger entries.
Merchant information, such as business and location details, offers, redemption confirmations, commission settings, and settlement statements.
Usage and analytics information, such as page views and product events including login starts, post creation, Helpful clicks, filter selections, profile updates, topic toggles, and logout events.
Technical information needed to operate the service, such as cookies or similar local storage used by Supabase to keep you signed in, browser/device information, IP address, request logs, and diagnostic logs.

How We Use Information

To operate JB Lobang, show community posts, maintain profiles, process uploads, and keep discussions usable.
To protect the community by detecting spam, abuse, fraud, security issues, or violations of community expectations.
To send service notifications you have enabled and improve the reliability, performance, and usefulness of the product.
To understand aggregate usage trends so we can prioritize improvements.
To use automated extraction systems to structure submitted price evidence, flag uncertainty or suspected fraud for review, calculate like-for-like comparisons, and operate Rewards and merchant settlement.

Sharing and Disclosure

Public posts, comments, profile names, profile images, and uploaded media may be visible to other users and visitors.
We use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, notifications, and database services. These providers process information only as needed to support JB Lobang.
Evidence and derived price information may be shown to the relevant merchant or authorized reviewer. Original receipts and private source files are not published as public media by default.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse of the service.

Third-Party Services and Transfers

Vercel is used for application hosting and may process request logs and technical data.
Supabase is used for authentication, database, and media storage. The Supabase project region is configured as Singapore.
Apple OAuth, Google OAuth, and email/password authentication are used for sign-in.
Firebase / Google Analytics is used for browser-based analytics event logging when configured.
Google AdSense may be used to serve ads. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure, and personalize ads according to its advertising policies and your available Google ad settings.
Some providers may process or access data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the transferred data receives a standard of protection comparable to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.

Your Choices

You can choose what to post and should avoid sharing sensitive personal information in public community areas.
You can update your nickname, user type, and followed topics from your profile.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us at westhyena@gmail.com.
You can choose whether to submit evidence. Remove unrelated personal or payment information from receipts where practical before uploading.

Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain community integrity.
Financial-style reward ledgers, fraud-review records, and merchant settlement records may be retained after account deletion when reasonably necessary for audit, dispute, abuse-prevention, or legal obligations.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

JB Lobang is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date or provide additional notice where appropriate.
