Sunway Property to develop RM2.6b transit-oriented project near Bukit Chagar RTS station

Sunway Property has signed a master agreement for a RM2.6 billion mixed-use development adjacent to the Bukit Chagar station (RTS Link). The project includes four residential and commercial towers, a shopping mall, educational institutions, a health and wellness hub, and a multi-storey park-and-ride facility. Construction is set to begin in March 2025, with the first phase of the parking facility expected to open by November 30, 2026, and full project completion slated for 2036.
