Sunway Property has broken ground on Sunway LakeHills, a new high-rise residential development within the 88-acre Sunway Lenang Heights masterplan. The development features three towers (two 46-storey and one 33-storey) offering a 'Loft' concept with 360-degree views of the Johor Bahru skyline and a 30-acre lakeside garden. It includes premium amenities such as an infinity pool, gyms, and EV charging stations. Completion is targeted for 2029.
