Schenker Signs Lease for Entire Warehouse in Sunway City Iskandar Puteri

Deutsche Bahn's logistics division, Schenker, has signed a tenancy agreement for an 830,000 sq ft warehouse at the 103° development in Sunway City Iskandar Puteri. The 103° project is the first Free Commercial Zone within the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ). Phase 1 of the development is expected to go live in 1Q2026.
