These terms explain the rules for using JB Lobang. Please read them before posting, commenting, or relying on community information.

Operator

JB Lobang is a community service for sharing Johor Bahru reviews, tips, questions, and live updates.
You may browse public content without signing in, but some features such as posting, commenting, voting Helpful, and managing your profile require signing in.
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity that happens through your account.

You are responsible for the posts, comments, live updates, photos, videos, and other content you submit.
JB Lobang has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, violent, spammy, invasive of another person's privacy, or infringing on someone else's rights.
Do not share personal information about other people without their permission.
By submitting content, you give JB Lobang permission to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service.

JB Lobang may use automated filters, keyword checks, user reports, and moderator review to detect and remove objectionable content.
You can report inappropriate posts from the post actions menu.
You can block another user from the post actions menu. After blocking, that user's content is hidden from your feed immediately while you are signed in.
Reports are placed in a moderation queue with a 24-hour review deadline.

Reviews, tips, warnings, traffic reports, wait times, prices, and other community updates are user-generated and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
You should use your own judgment before relying on community information, visiting a place, making a purchase, or changing travel plans.
JB Lobang does not endorse or guarantee user-submitted recommendations, listings, businesses, or live reports.

We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts if we believe these terms are violated or if action is needed to protect the community.
Abusive users may be removed or suspended from JB Lobang.
We may also remove content that creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk for JB Lobang.
We aim to review reported content within 24 hours, but urgent safety or legal issues may be handled sooner.

JB Lobang uses third-party services including Vercel, Supabase Auth, Apple OAuth, Google OAuth, and Firebase / Google Analytics.
Your use of those features may also be subject to the relevant third-party terms and policies.
Links or references to third-party websites, businesses, products, or services are provided for convenience and do not mean JB Lobang controls or endorses them.

We aim to keep JB Lobang useful and available, but the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, data loss, or delays caused by maintenance, technical issues, third-party providers, or events outside our control.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, JB Lobang and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, and protected.
By using JB Lobang, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date or provide additional notice where appropriate.
Your continued use of JB Lobang after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
